We will meet with you and your Managers, to ascertain your readiness for audit and recommend courses of action. Additionally, we can analyze your data to discover problem areas and prepare you for the audit
process.
If we prepared your Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), you’re already in a good position. Our AAPs are so thorough, they can be used as a managerial tool in budgeting, planning and training. Our clients undergo quite favorable OFCCP audits, due to our thorough AAPs and the fact that our clients know how to implement their Affirmative Action Programs.
Affirmative Action Plan Components
